13(2013)-There was a shift, trauma caused me to loose my way and my faith
18(2018)-I was at my lowest and nothing else was working I turned to God
20(2020)-I began to breathe, live again, Jesus showed me I was not alone and God was always covering me
In 2013 God saved me
In 2018 God began Rehabilitating me.
In 2020 God began Restoring me.
What are your numbers? There are significant times in your life when God shows himself so that you can be reminded, Who’s God. You may not know at the time the significance of what you are going through. The test or testimony behind the events that unfold in your life but they all unfold so that God can get the glory out of your story.
During rehabilitation 2019-2020, there were times when God had to put me in a place to be alone. I learned to stop asking the questions why, why me, why can’t I and started praying to God for discernment. I spent one on one time with God, establishing, building and strengthening my relationship with the saviour.
I began to read, study and have daily devotional. There were times when I would fall short but Jesus was there to remind me of my growth and who I was becoming. The beauty is God already knows this and each day he gives us a new opportunity to get it right.
I love how he teaches me and provides moments of discernment. When he speaks it’s like he uses a language that is unique for each individual person. You may be totally clueless to the situation at hand or what’s happening but the language is for that person so that only they understand the message that God has for them.
That’s how 13, 18, 20 came to me. My rehabilitation and restoration provided me discernment to understand the words, “trust the process”, “have faith” and most importantly, “God’s will-God’s word-God’s way”. The sooner you understand to live by his word, his will and his way, the sooner you can live life more abundantly.
