We all have heard the old saying “When it rains, it pours”, well most of us have. It has a different meaning for each person’s situation. Well so does “Can You Stand The Rain”. You may also have heard the song “Can You Stand The Rain” by Peebo Bryson.
“Can You Stand The Rain”! I’m referring to when you are experiencing storms in your life non stop. When trouble, drama and struggles seem to be coming at you consistently. “Can You Stand The Rain”
When your kids are out of control or one of them is astray? When the bills are non stop and there is not enough money to make ends meet, let alone eat. “Can You Stand The Rain”!
Life can be difficult sometimes, how you deal with the difficulties shows how strong your faith is. Your struggles can help you grow in his word as well as within but “Can You Stand The Rain”. “God will not put any more on you than you can bare”! I’ve heard that a time or too as well but there were times in my life when I thought “it’s just to much for me to bare”. I had to ask myself the question “Can You Stand The Rain”!
God allows things to come to pass to prepare us, position us and elevate us into our purpose. To reach your purpose you may have to go through rehabilitation and/or restoration. During this time things can be challenging, through this process “Can You Stand The Rain”!
I feel I have been going through my rehabilitation for restoration for quite sometime now. I have had my moments where I have told God simply “I’m tired”, I didn’t say I give up, just that I am tired. I could hear God saying “Can You Stand The Rain”!
When life throws you punches that you can’t seem to handle, “Can You Stand The Rain”
