“Hit The Refresh”! That time comes where you find yourself in a routine, complacent; or you feel like your life is on pause. You feel yourself going backwards, having that same feeling of being stuck; like there is something or someone missing in your life. Maybe you feel you need to do more with your life or you desire to know what your purpose is.
It’s time to “Hit The Refresh”. There’s nothing wrong with these types of feelings as long as you pay attention. It’s simply an awareness, alert, a trigger you should take heed of. That inner voice the Lord gave you to say “Hey”, it’s time for you to make some decisions, make some changes, take some steps and even let some people or some things go. It’s time to “Hit The Refresh”.
“Hit The Refresh”! Start your own business, get a degree, or become a volunteer; those dreams/hopes, passions or aspirations you’ve been holding on to, it’s time to make them a reality. Maybe it’s time to start believing in yourself and write that book, or start that new career. Maybe you just want to change your hairstyle or hair color, join the gym or maybe it’s time to take that leap of faith, “make that move” and relocate. Whatever it is, it’s time to “Hit The Refresh”.
I had to “Hit The Refresh”, my life was going the wrong direction and I felt stuck, like I was falling, sinking beyond my control. It was time for me to make some decisions, even let some people go and step out on faith. It was finally time for me to move.
I paid attention to the alert, I woke up to the awareness, and acknowledged the Lord, my trigger. The Lord spoke and I listened. I prayed for discernment and asked the Lord to show me his will for my life. The Lord heard my prayers, he acknowledged me; telling me not to worry, he would make a way.
The discernment was very clear, what I needed to do. God provided my needs and my desires; and within a month, I had a new car, a new job and a new address. I “Hit The Refresh” on my life and I began to see things change for the better. I literally watched God’s WILL for my life unfold right before my eyes.
Whatever your longing for, seeking, praying for if it’s time to make that change, it’s time for you to “Hit The Refresh”.
