I have been told the heart is like a window, if you look through it you can see what’s inside. If you look through the window of one’s heart you will see how that person feels about you. What’s in the heart comes out, through their actions like love, respect, kindness, consideration, admiration, etc, This is what you should see through the window of your significant other’s heart.
Their words and actions should match and their actions should project how their words say they feel about you. If you don’t see these things through the window of your significant other’s heart, then what do you see. People sometimes misunderstand or ignore what they see through windows. The glass can become foggy, may have water stains, develop filmy or greasy residue and this can make it hard to see clearly inside. A person can lie about how they feel, words can be very misleading but as the old saying goes, “action speak louder than words”.
Windows can be very fragile, most are made of glass but the heart is very fragile as well. People sometimes use shutters or screens to protect their windows just as they use illusions or walls to protect their heart. When a person really has feelings for you, you don’t have to guess how they feel, just pay attention to what you see through the window, the heart never lies.
